We assess the needs (as outlined by the Albrecht System) and examine the options relative to specific objectives. After the uniqueness of the operation is pulled into the formula, options are explored to find the best fit for your needs.
- Product Resourcing: There are many alternative products that can be very effective for specific needs, but they are simply not at local supply houses. We will find the best options and negotiate a price that is fair and of good value.
- Education and Training: We encourage learning; our best clients are the ones who are continual learners. We provide information for farmers to be fully informed. Each time we meet, there is an opportunity to help farmers move closer to their personal objectives. With our books, DVD’s, internet information, and speakers, we strive to be in the know and to be a facilitator to the latest and best information possible.

David W. Nelson (founder of Pedogenesis, Inc) is an ‘Organic and Non-GMO Crop Advisor’ in the truest sense of the word. With a college background in the agriculture and forestry fields, and personal farm experience, David has seen both sides of the fence and offers a wealth of information.
In 1988, David and his wife Vickie, started a landscape fertilizer service specializing in chemical and pesticide free fertilization in Colorado. During this time, David began working with Neal Kinsey following the Albrecht model of soil fertility. In this arena, it was easy to see the effects of products and systems. The Albrecht System, when followed as initially instructed, simply works with amazing consistency! Since moving back to Minnesota, David’s expertise has put him in high demand with growers who want to find a system that works with the natural processes and not against them.
David continues working with Neal Kinsey to preserve and teach the Albrecht model. He has a vast vendor base and many relationships in which he utilizes to stay on top of the latest findings and product developments.
